Terms of Service

GTM Plays ("we", "our", "the Service") is a SaaS platform operated at gtmplays.io that extracts publicly available follower data from LinkedIn company pages. The data we deliver may include names, job titles, company names, and other publicly listed profile information.

The Service is designed for B2B sales and marketing teams looking to build targeted outreach lists from competitor or industry-relevant LinkedIn company followers.

GTM Plays operates on a credit-based system. Each follower extracted consumes one credit. Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire.

• New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased through the dashboard via Stripe.
• Credit balances are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use extracted data for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
• Resell raw data obtained through the Service to third parties as a competing data product.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit balances, or any technical restrictions.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the Service's infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit grants.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the extracted data complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.

The data provided through GTM Plays is extracted from publicly available LinkedIn profiles. We make reasonable efforts to deliver accurate, up-to-date information but do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data returned.

LinkedIn profiles are maintained by their owners and may contain outdated or incomplete information. GTM Plays is not liable for decisions made based on data obtained through the Service.

For orders that use ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) filtering, only credits consumed by rows matching your filter criteria are charged. Credits for filtered-out rows are returned to your balance automatically.

Beyond ICP-filtered refunds, we generally do not offer refunds for consumed credits. However, if you experience a technical issue that causes incorrect or failed delivery, contact us at support@gtmplays.io and we will review your case and issue credit adjustments where appropriate.

Unused credit balances remaining on your account at the time of account closure may be refunded at our discretion for purchases made within the prior 30 days.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@gtmplays.io.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or pose a risk to the platform's integrity. In the event of termination for a policy violation, remaining credit balances may be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTM Plays and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GTM Plays in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, branding, and technology comprising the GTM Plays platform are our property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account remains in good standing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
