The best Expandi alternatives depend on what you need. For simpler LinkedIn plus email campaigns, Waalaxy. For many LinkedIn senders under one plan, HeyReach. If you want a tool that finds prospects from buying signals, scores them against your ICP and writes each message, GTM Plays takes a different, agent-based approach.

What Expandi does well

Expandi is a mature, cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool aimed at sales teams, lead generation agencies and recruiters. According to its site, it offers:

  • a smart sequence builder that branches on prospect behaviour, with LinkedIn actions and email steps;
  • a dedicated, country-based IP per account, automatic warm-up and recommended daily limit ranges;
  • a global smart inbox with labels, tags and notes;
  • campaign A/B testing, a blacklist, and automatic de-duplication across people and companies;
  • native CRM integrations and webhooks;
  • roles and permissions, multi-account management, and white-label for agencies;
  • an MCP connection, so AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT can build lists and draft campaigns, with you approving what sends;
  • a 7-day free trial with all features, and monthly or annual billing (paying annually upfront gives a 20% discount).

Expandi says Sales Navigator is optional but recommended. The company behind it, ProfitSoft BV, is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Why teams look for an Expandi alternative

  • Power you may not need. A deep sequence builder is valuable for agencies and growth teams, but it can be more than a founder or small team will use.
  • You still choose who to contact. Expandi automates outreach to audiences you define. Finding the right people, at the right moment, is still on you.
  • Agent vs sequencer. Some teams want a tool that decides who to contact and writes each message, rather than one that executes their sequences.

GTM Plays

What it is: an AI agent for LinkedIn. It finds people showing intent signals, scores each one for fit against your ICP, writes a message for each person and sends it from your own LinkedIn account. Replies come into one inbox, where you take over. It does not book meetings by itself.

Pricing: Pro is $149 a month after a 7-day free trial, and each extra agent is $59 a month. Live Leads, a one-off extraction of a LinkedIn company page's followers or a post's engagers, is paid per lead with credits and is separate from Pro.

Best for: founders and small teams who want signal-led LinkedIn outreach without building workflows.

Integrations and exports: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, folk, Breakcold, Instantly, Smartlead, SmartReach, HeyReach, Slack, Clay and Zapier, plus webhooks, a REST API and an MCP server. CSV export, and credits for email and phone enrichment. Live Leads exports in Clay, Instantly and Smartlead formats.

Limits: it is not a contact database to browse, and it has no built-in email sequencer or dialer; for email it connects to tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and SmartReach.

Waalaxy

What it is: LinkedIn prospecting automation with pre-built sequences, email follow-ups and an email finder, according to waalaxy.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, waalaxy.com/pricing): Pro €19, Advanced €49 and Business €69 per user per month as displayed, with discounts for quarterly and yearly billing. Pro allows 300 invitations a month; Advanced and Business allow 800. Business adds cold email sequences and 500 email finder credits a month. All plans have a 14-day free trial.

Best for: solo users and teams who want simple, template-driven LinkedIn and email campaigns.

Limits: you build the lists and choose the sequences; it does not decide who is in market.

HeyReach

What it is: LinkedIn outreach across many sender accounts, with rotation, a unified inbox, an API, webhooks and an MCP server, according to heyreach.io.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, heyreach.io/pricing): Growth is $79 a month per sender. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, with white label included. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders under its fair-use policy. Quarterly and yearly billing are discounted.

Best for: agencies and teams running outreach from many LinkedIn accounts.

Limits: you need a lead source, such as Sales Navigator, Clay or a signal tool.

Skylead

What it is: LinkedIn and email outreach with smart sequences, unlimited email accounts, email warm-up, an email finder and post signals, according to skylead.io.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, skylead.io/pricing): All-in-one is $100 per seat a month. Agency is $999 a month for 25 seats or $1999 a month for unlimited seats, listed as a first-year promotion. Annual billing gives two months free.

Best for: teams who want LinkedIn and email in one sequence, and agencies who need white label.

Limits: like other sequencers, results depend on the lists you feed it.

Dripify

What it is: LinkedIn and email drip campaigns with a drag-and-drop builder, lead tagging and step analytics, according to dripify.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, dripify.com/pricing): Pro is $79 per user a month ($59 billed annually) and Advanced is $99 per user a month ($79 billed annually), which adds team management, A/B testing and advanced LinkedIn protection. Enterprise is custom. There is a 7-day free trial with no credit card.

Best for: individual sellers and small sales teams who want straightforward sequences.

Limits: daily quotas apply; its plan table lists 75 connection requests a day.

La Growth Machine

What it is: multichannel outreach across LinkedIn, email and, on higher plans, calls and X, with waterfall email enrichment and AI voice messages, according to lagrowthmachine.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, lagrowthmachine.com/pricing): plans start at €60 a month per identity on Basic, with Pro at €120 as displayed on its pricing page; each identity is billed separately. There is a 14-day free trial.

Best for: teams who want LinkedIn and email sequences sent from several identities.

Limits: pricing is per identity, so costs grow with each sender.

lemlist

What it is: a cold email platform with LinkedIn automation on its Multichannel plan, a 650M+ lead database, AI agents and email warm-up, according to lemlist.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, lemlist.com/pricing): Email is $69 a month ($55 billed yearly). Multichannel is $109 a month ($87 billed yearly) and adds LinkedIn automation, a dialer and five senders per user. Enterprise is custom. Data and buying-signal add-ons are extra.

Limits: LinkedIn automation needs the higher plan.

Dux-Soup (STACKED)

What it is: LinkedIn automation with drip campaigns of up to 12 actions, lead management and integrations, sold as STACKED, powered by Dux-Soup, according to dux-soup.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, dux-soup.com/pricing): STACKED local, a desktop app, is $55 per seat a month ($41.25 billed annually). STACKED cloud is $99 per seat a month ($74.17 billed annually).

Best for: individuals who want low-cost LinkedIn automation.

Limits: the local version runs on your own machine.

When GTM Plays is the better fit

  • You want every prospect scored for fit against your ideal customer profile before anything is sent.
  • You want a message written for each person that references the signal, sent from your own LinkedIn account.
  • You want replies in one inbox, where you take over. GTM Plays does not book meetings for you.
