The best LinkedIn automation tools in 2026 are Expandi, Waalaxy, HeyReach, Dripify, Skylead, La Growth Machine, lemlist, Dux-Soup, Valley and GTM Plays. Most automate connection requests, messages and follow-ups; they differ in multi-account support, email steps, pricing and whether they start from buying signals. Pick by team size, channels and budget.
Prices below come from each vendor's own site as of Oct 2026. GTM Plays is our product and is listed last. Before you choose any tool, read LinkedIn's User Agreement on automated activity: no vendor can promise that an account will never be restricted, and the safest approach is relevant messages at sensible volumes.
How we picked these tools
We looked at the tools that appear most often in current "best LinkedIn automation tools" search results, then checked each vendor's own site. We kept tools that:
- automate LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, messages or follow-ups) as a core feature
- publish pricing, or say clearly how it is quoted
- explain how they run (cloud or browser) and which channels they cover
We did not rank them on account safety, because no one can measure it fairly from outside. Instead, the section below lists the questions to ask any vendor.

Account safety: the questions to ask
Every tool on this list sends activity from a LinkedIn account, usually yours. LinkedIn's User Agreement covers automated activity, and LinkedIn can restrict accounts it believes break its rules. We make no legal claim either way; check the agreement yourself and decide what you are comfortable with. Before you buy, ask the vendor:
- Does the tool run in the cloud, in your browser or as a desktop app, and what does that mean for your account?
- What daily limits does it set by default, and can you lower them?
- Does it warm up new accounts gradually?
- What happens to your campaigns and data if your account is restricted?
- Can you review messages before they are sent?
In practice, relevance matters more than volume. Fewer messages to people with a real reason to hear from you, such as a job change, a hiring post or engagement with a competitor, tend to get better replies and fewer complaints. Our guide to LinkedIn cold outreach covers how to write them, and the free LinkedIn message generator gives you a starting draft.
How to choose
- Solo founder or seller: Waalaxy or Dripify are easy to start with; GTM Plays if you want an agent to find who to contact.
- Agency with many clients: HeyReach is built for multiple sender accounts. See GTM Plays vs HeyReach for how the two differ.
- LinkedIn plus email: Expandi, Skylead, La Growth Machine or lemlist. Our Waalaxy vs Expandi comparison covers two of the most popular.
- Signal-led outreach: Valley or GTM Plays.
