HeyReach pricing, as of Oct 2026, is based on LinkedIn senders, not users. Growth costs $79 a month per sender, Agency costs $999 a month for 25 senders, and Unlimited costs $2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders. Quarterly billing is 10% off and yearly billing is 20% off.

This guide covers each plan as published on HeyReach's pricing page, how sender-based pricing works, what the enrichment credits cover, hidden costs and cheaper or different options. For a wider comparison, see our HeyReach alternatives page.

What each plan means in practice

Growth

Growth is priced per LinkedIn sender. It includes unlimited campaigns, all LinkedIn actions (connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes and profile views), a unified inbox, native Instantly and Smartlead integrations for multichannel campaigns, integrations with tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Make and Zapier, and an API with webhooks. HeyReach's FAQ says its entry plan provides a dedicated residential proxy for each sender.

Agency

Agency is for agencies or teams running many accounts. It covers 25 senders, with a 50-sender option on the page, and adds whitelabel branding, done-for-you onboarding and a dedicated Slack channel. You bring your own proxies, though HeyReach says it can offer a custom solution if you don't want to manage them.

Unlimited

Unlimited is for very large operations. It covers up to 300 senders under a fair-use policy, includes 3,000 enrichment credits, done-for-you migration and priority support. Extra whitelabel brandings for multiple workspaces are an add-on at $500 each.

Done for you

HeyReach also lists a custom done-for-you service, priced on request. It covers ICP research and lead lists, full campaign setup, LinkedIn and email outreach, a dedicated GTM engineer, a dedicated inbox manager and weekly and monthly reports. This is a managed service rather than software, so compare it with agencies rather than with other tools.

Early stage program

For young companies, HeyReach describes a heavily discounted plan. To qualify, you need to be under $250,000 in annual recurring revenue, have fewer than five people and not already be a HeyReach customer. The discounted price is not published; you apply on the pricing page.

How sender-based pricing works

HeyReach charges per LinkedIn account that sends, not per person who logs in. Teammates, clients and virtual assistants can all use the workspace for free. That makes it cheaper than per-user tools for agencies where many people manage a few accounts, and more expensive per head when every seller has their own account.

The break-even point between plans is simple arithmetic. On monthly billing, 13 Growth senders cost 13 × $79 = $1,027 a month, which is already more than Agency's $999 for 25 senders. So once you run more than 12 senders, Agency is the cheaper monthly option, if you are happy to bring your own proxies.

How the enrichment credits work

Enrichment credits let you find verified emails inside HeyReach. HeyReach describes them as a one-time allocation to get you started: 100 per sender on Growth, 1,000 on Agency and 3,000 on Unlimited. They are not described as a monthly refill. You can top up at any time; top-up prices are not listed on the pricing page.

Monthly, quarterly or yearly?

On HeyReach's published figures, yearly billing saves 20% and quarterly saves 10% against monthly prices. For Agency, that is $999 a month on monthly billing against $800 a month on yearly billing, or about $199 a month less in exchange for paying for the year upfront. If you are still testing how many senders you need, start monthly or quarterly. Commit to yearly only once your sender count and reply rates are stable, because the plan you lock in sets your cost for the whole year.

Hidden costs to plan for

  • LinkedIn accounts. Every sender is a real LinkedIn account. Many teams also pay for Sales Navigator on each one, which is a separate licence.
  • Proxies. Agency and Unlimited require your own proxies unless you arrange a custom solution.
  • Email tools. Multichannel campaigns run through Instantly or Smartlead, which are separate subscriptions.
  • Enrichment beyond the first allocation. Once the one-time credits are used, you top up or use another data tool.
  • Lead lists. HeyReach runs campaigns on the leads you bring, from Sales Navigator searches, Clay or CSV.
  • Setup time. Running many senders well takes time to plan campaigns, warm accounts and manage replies.

Questions to answer before you buy

  • How many LinkedIn senders will we run in the next six months?
  • Do we need whitelabel for clients?
  • Can we manage our own proxies?
  • Which email tool will we pair it with, if any?
  • Where will the lead lists come from, and who decides who fits our ideal customer?

Is HeyReach worth it?

For agencies and teams running many LinkedIn accounts (see our guide for agencies), HeyReach's sender-based model and agency features are built for the job, and the larger plans can be cheaper per sender than per-seat tools. For a single founder or a small team with one or two accounts, Growth works like any per-seat LinkedIn tool.

Either way, the value depends on reply rates from the people you target. Model it with our lead generation ROI calculator before committing to a yearly plan.

Cheaper or different options

Fewer, better-targeted messages

Many teams get better results from fewer, more relevant messages than from more senders. Our LinkedIn cold outreach guide covers how to write them.

A signal-led agent

GTM Plays takes a different approach to who gets contacted. Its agent finds people showing intent signals, scores each for fit against your ICP, writes a message for each person and sends it from your own LinkedIn account. Replies arrive in one inbox; it does not book meetings by itself. It also integrates with HeyReach, Instantly and Smartlead, so it can sit alongside an existing setup. Pro is $149 a month with a 7-day free trial, and each extra agent is $59 a month. See GTM Plays vs HeyReach for details.

One-off lists

If you need a list of a specific audience, such as a competitor's followers, Live Leads extracts them once and delivers Instantly or Smartlead import files, paid per lead with credits.

The bottom line

HeyReach prices by sender, not user, with clear published plans and solid discounts for quarterly and yearly billing. It suits teams scaling many LinkedIn accounts. Budget for proxies on the larger plans, email tools, data and Sales Navigator, and make sure the people you target are worth the sends.
