The best Sales Navigator alternatives depend on what you want it to do. Sales Navigator is excellent at search and research, but you still send outreach yourself. Tools such as GTM Plays add the missing step: they find intent signals, score fit against your ICP, and write and send messages from your account.

What Sales Navigator does well

LinkedIn's compare-plans page lists three plans: Core for individual sellers, Advanced for sales teams, and Advanced Plus for teams using an integrated CRM. Features include:

  • 50+ advanced search filters to find leads and accounts.
  • Account IQ and Lead IQ, AI-powered account and lead insights.
  • Alerts on signals such as job changes and new content.
  • Buyer Intent, which shows when buyers show interest in your company (on Advanced and Advanced Plus).
  • InMail, 50 a month, plus Message Assist to draft outreach with AI.
  • Relationship Explorer, Relationship Map and TeamLink for warm paths into accounts.
  • CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and more.

LinkedIn says Sales Navigator is trusted by 1.5M+ sellers, and it offers a free trial.

Where Sales Navigator stops

  • It does not run outreach for you. You still decide who to contact and send each message.
  • Signals need a person watching. Alerts and Buyer Intent surface activity, but someone has to triage it every day. Our buying signals guide covers which signals matter.
  • Fit is up to you. Filters approximate your ICP, but they do not score each person against it. See ideal customer profile.

Sales Navigator alternatives and add-ons

Tool What it adds Best for
GTM Plays Finds intent signals, scores ICP fit, writes and sends LinkedIn messages from your account, replies in one inbox Teams that want the outreach done, not just the list
Apollo Contact database, email and dialer Email- and phone-led prospecting
Waalaxy Campaigns on Sales Navigator and LinkedIn searches Simple LinkedIn and email sequences
Expandi Cloud sequencing; Sales Navigator optional Agencies and growth teams

Note that LinkedIn's help centre says it does not permit third-party software that scrapes or automates activity on LinkedIn. Weigh that when you choose any automation tool.

Sales Navigator pricing (as of Oct 2026)

LinkedIn lists Sales Navigator prices on its compare-plans page:

Plan Monthly (per license) Annual (per license)
Core From US$119.99 US$1,079.88
Advanced From US$159.99 US$1,799.88

LinkedIn says these are estimates that may exclude VAT or GST and may vary by device and promotion, and it shows local prices in other currencies. According to LinkedIn, the Advanced and Advanced Plus plans add Buyer Intent signals and a company-page visitor filter. Advanced Plus is aimed at teams using an integrated CRM, and LinkedIn prices it on request based on team size, CRM integration and onboarding needs.

The best Sales Navigator alternatives and add-ons in detail

Most teams keep Sales Navigator and add a tool on top, so this list mixes alternatives and add-ons. Descriptions and prices come from each vendor's own site, checked in October 2026.

GTM Plays

What it is: an AI agent for LinkedIn. It finds people showing intent signals, scores each one for fit against your ICP, writes a message for each person and sends it from your own LinkedIn account. Replies come into one inbox, where you take over. It does not book meetings by itself.

Pricing: Pro is $149 a month after a 7-day free trial, and each extra agent is $59 a month. Live Leads, a one-off extraction of a LinkedIn company page's followers or a post's engagers, is paid per lead with credits and is separate from Pro.

Best for: founders and small teams who want signal-led LinkedIn outreach without building workflows.

Integrations and exports: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, folk, Breakcold, Instantly, Smartlead, SmartReach, HeyReach, Slack, Clay and Zapier, plus webhooks, a REST API and an MCP server. CSV export, and credits for email and phone enrichment. Live Leads exports in Clay, Instantly and Smartlead formats.

Limits: it is not a contact database to browse, and it has no built-in email sequencer or dialer; for email it connects to tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and SmartReach.

Best for: GTM engineers who build custom enrichment and routing workflows.

Limits: it is a builder; someone has to design and maintain the tables.

When GTM Plays is the better fit

GTM Plays is for teams that want Sales Navigator's outcome, conversations with the right buyers, without the daily manual work. It finds intent signals, scores each prospect against your ICP, writes a message that references the signal, sends it from your own LinkedIn account, and brings replies into one inbox. It does not book meetings for you.

Pro is $149 a month after a 7-day free trial. If you need a one-off list of a competitor's followers or a post's engagers, Live Leads extracts them, paid per lead with credits and separate from Pro.

When Sales Navigator is still the better fit

  • You do deep account research and want warm introductions through TeamLink.
  • You need CRM sync and team seat management.
  • You prefer to write and send every message yourself.

Migration checklist: moving beyond Sales Navigator

  1. Save your best searches as written filters, so you can recreate them elsewhere.
  2. Record your saved leads and accounts manually or through a permitted export, such as CRM sync on plans that include it.
  3. Decide what you are replacing: search, data or outreach.
  4. Keep one Sales Navigator seat if your team still researches accounts by hand.
  5. Test the new tool on one segment for two weeks and compare replies.
