The best Trigify alternatives are tools that still capture LinkedIn buying signals and help you act on them: GTM Plays for signals plus LinkedIn outreach, Teamfluence for engagement monitoring, Common Room for multi-source signals and UserGems for job changes. Trigify's standalone platform shut down on 22 October 2026, so here is how to replace it.

What happened to Trigify

On 23 September 2026 Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot. According to the announcement:

  • The standalone Trigify platform is being retired.
  • For customers on the standard notice period, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Customers with different contractual notice periods were told their own dates.
  • Integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection stop when access ends.
  • The product will not continue inside HubSpot, and accounts will not be migrated to HubSpot.
  • Customer data will not be used by HubSpot. It will be retained or deleted according to Trigify's contractual, privacy and legal obligations.

If you still have access under a longer notice period, export everything you want to keep now.

Before you choose a replacement

Write down exactly what Trigify did for you. Most teams used it for some mix of these:

  1. Tracking engagement: who liked or commented on posts from competitors, creators or keywords you cared about.
  2. Tracking people and companies: job changes and activity from a watchlist.
  3. Routing signals: pushing signals into your CRM or other tools through integrations or the API.
  4. Acting on signals: reaching out to the people behind them.

Then list every automation that depended on Trigify: Zapier or Make scenarios, Clay tables, CRM workflows and webhooks. Those broke when access ended, and they are the fastest thing to fix.

The best Trigify alternatives in detail

Each option below replaces a different part of what Trigify did. Descriptions and prices come from each vendor's own site, checked in October 2026.

GTM Plays

What it is: an AI agent for LinkedIn. It finds people showing intent signals, scores each one for fit against your ICP, writes a message for each person and sends it from your own LinkedIn account. Replies come into one inbox, where you take over. It does not book meetings by itself.

Pricing: Pro is $149 a month after a 7-day free trial, and each extra agent is $59 a month. Live Leads, a one-off extraction of a LinkedIn company page's followers or a post's engagers, is paid per lead with credits and is separate from Pro.

Best for: founders and small teams who want signal-led LinkedIn outreach without building workflows.

Integrations and exports: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, folk, Breakcold, Instantly, Smartlead, SmartReach, HeyReach, Slack, Clay and Zapier, plus webhooks, a REST API and an MCP server. CSV export, and credits for email and phone enrichment. Live Leads exports in Clay, Instantly and Smartlead formats.

Limits: it is not a contact database to browse, and it has no built-in email sequencer or dialer; for email it connects to tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and SmartReach.

Teamfluence

What it is: LinkedIn engagement tracking across your posts, your team's posts, competitors, influencers, keywords and ads, with contact enrichment, according to teamfluence.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, teamfluence.com/pricing): from 1 October 2026, a plan at 449€ a month includes 1,000 qualified leads a month and unlimited seats, with extra lead buckets available. It offers price matching and free migration for former Trigify customers.

Best for: teams who want detailed LinkedIn engagement monitoring.

Limits: it surfaces leads; you still need a way to run outreach.

Common Room

What it is: a buyer-intelligence platform that unifies many signal sources, with a 400M+ contact directory, buying-committee mapping and AI research, according to commonroom.io.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, commonroom.io/pricing): Essential is $2,500 a month billed annually, with 5 seats and up to 100k contacts. Advanced (15 seats) and Enterprise (30 seats) are custom.

Best for: larger go-to-market teams with community, product and web signals to unify.

Limits: it is priced and built for teams, not solo founders.

UserGems

What it is: contact-level signals such as job changes, intent and website visits, with scoring, research and writing agents, according to usergems.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, usergems.com/pricing): Core is $40,000 a year, Advanced $75,000 and Elite $150,000, plus one-time implementation fees.

Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams whose champions change jobs.

Limits: annual contracts at enterprise prices.

Valley

What it is: signal-led outbound that researches prospects, checks fit and drafts LinkedIn and email messages in your voice for review, according to joinvalley.co.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, joinvalley.co/pricing): Starter is $199 per seat a month ($149 billed quarterly) and is LinkedIn only. Plus is $299 per seat a month and adds 1,000 emails a month and onboarding. Growth is $499 per seat a month and adds monthly credits. Scale is custom for five seats or more. The 7-day trial requires a payment method.

Best for: teams who want pre-built signal plays across LinkedIn and email.

Limits: one seat connects one LinkedIn account, and discovery and enrichment use credits.

Clay

What it is: a data orchestration platform that combines many data and AI vendors, with Claygent research agents, signals and an email sequencer, according to clay.com.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, clay.com/pricing): a Free plan includes 500 actions and 100 data credits a month. Launch starts at $167 a month and Growth at $446 a month, with prices rising by action and data-credit volume. Enterprise is custom. There is a 14-day trial.

Best for: GTM engineers who build custom enrichment and routing workflows.

Limits: it is a builder; someone has to design and maintain the tables.

HeyReach

What it is: LinkedIn outreach across many sender accounts, with rotation, a unified inbox, an API, webhooks and an MCP server, according to heyreach.io.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, heyreach.io/pricing): Growth is $79 a month per sender. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, with white label included. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders under its fair-use policy. Quarterly and yearly billing are discounted.

Best for: agencies and teams running outreach from many LinkedIn accounts.

Limits: you need a lead source, such as Sales Navigator, Clay or a signal tool.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

What it is: LinkedIn's own prospecting product, with advanced search filters, saved lists, and lead and account alerts, according to LinkedIn.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, LinkedIn's compare-plans page): Core starts at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license. Advanced starts at US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year per license. LinkedIn notes these are estimates and may exclude taxes.

Best for: reps who research and message accounts by hand.

Limits: it does not write or send outreach for you, and LinkedIn prohibits scraping it.

Why teams move from Trigify to GTM Plays

Many teams used Trigify as the first half of a signal-based selling workflow: find the signal, then push it into another tool to reach out. GTM Plays does both halves:

  • It finds intent signals, such as people engaging with your competitors and with the topics you solve.
  • It scores every prospect for fit against your ideal customer profile, so you only act on people who match.
  • It writes and sends a LinkedIn message for each prospect, referencing the signal, from your own LinkedIn account.
  • It brings replies into one inbox, where you take over the conversation.

It does not book meetings for you. Once someone replies, the conversation is yours.

Pro is $149 a month, with a 7-day free trial, and you can add an agent for $59 a month.

Migration checklist: replacing Trigify

  1. Export anything you still can, if your notice period has not ended.
  2. Rebuild your watchlists: the competitors, creators and keywords you tracked.
  3. Fix broken automations first: Zapier or Make scenarios, Clay tables and CRM workflows that called Trigify.
  4. Decide who acts on signals: a person, a sequencer or an agent.
  5. Re-create your ICP filters so the new tool scores fit the same way.
  6. Run the new tool for two weeks and compare signals, fit rate and replies.

How to switch in a week

  1. Day 1: Export what you can from Trigify and list the signals that produced replies.
  2. Day 2: Write your ICP in one paragraph, with exclusions.
  3. Day 3: Recreate your best two or three signals in the new tool.
  4. Days 4-5: Review the first batch of prospects and messages by hand.
  5. Days 6-7: Reconnect your CRM and notifications, then compare reply rates with what you saw before.
