The best intent data providers in 2026 are Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase, G2 Buyer Intent, ZoomInfo, Dealfront, RB2B, Warmly, Common Room and GTM Plays. They sell different kinds of signal: third-party research, review-site activity, website visits, community activity or LinkedIn activity. Choose the signal type first, then the provider.
Prices below come from each provider's own site as of Oct 2026; several do not publish prices, and we say so. GTM Plays is our product and is listed last. For definitions, see our glossary entries on intent data and buyer intent.
How we picked these providers
We looked at the providers named most often in current "best intent data providers" search results and checked each one's own site. We kept providers that:
- sell intent or buying signals as a core product, not a minor feature
- explain where their signals come from
- publish prices or explain how they are quoted
We grouped them by signal type, because a website-visitor tool and a third-party research feed solve different problems.
The five types of intent data
| Type | What it shows | Level | Examples here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Third-party research | Accounts reading about topics across publisher sites | Company | Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase |
| Review-site research | Accounts researching your category on review sites | Company | G2 Buyer Intent |
| Website visitors | Who is visiting your own site | Company, sometimes person | Dealfront, RB2B, Warmly, ZoomInfo |
| Multi-source signals | Community, product, web and third-party signals in one place | Person and company | Common Room |
| Social signals | People engaging on LinkedIn, changing jobs or posting about a need | Person | GTM Plays |

The 10 best intent data providers
Bombora
What it is: a B2B intent, identity and audience data provider. Its Company Surge intent data comes from a data co-op of publishers and is sold for sales, marketing and advertising use, with partners including Apollo, The Trade Desk, Reddit and Adobe (bombora.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026): not published on its site; sold through sales and through partner platforms.
Best for: teams that want third-party topic intent at account level, often through a tool they already use.
Watch out for: intent is reported at company level, so you still need a way to find and reach the right person.
6sense
What it is: an account-based platform that predicts buying stage from intent and other signals and orchestrates campaigns (6sense.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026): we could not find a public price list on 6sense.com, so expect a sales-led quote.
Best for: mid-market and enterprise ABM teams that want predictive account scoring.
Watch out for: it is a platform purchase, usually with an annual contract and an implementation effort.
Demandbase
What it is: an account-based GTM platform for identifying accounts, running advertising and programmes, and measuring pipeline (demandbase.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, demandbase.com/pricing): no figures are published. Demandbase says it tailors a plan to your GTM teams and needs.
Best for: enterprise marketing teams running ABM and account-based advertising.
Watch out for: it is built for larger teams and budgets.
G2 Buyer Intent
What it is: intent data from buyers researching software on G2, Capterra, Software Advice and GetApp, brought together in one place for software vendors (sell.g2.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026): sold through G2's seller plans. Check G2's seller pricing for which plan includes Buyer Intent.
Best for: software companies whose buyers compare tools on review sites.
Watch out for: it only helps if your category gets real traffic on G2 and its sister sites.
ZoomInfo
What it is: a go-to-market intelligence platform with 420M+ global contacts, 145M+ companies, buyer intent and website visitor data, according to zoominfo.com.
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, zoominfo.com/about/pricing): not published. ZoomInfo asks you to request a quote and says price depends on features, licences and credit usage.
Best for: larger teams that need deep contact and company data.
Limits: you need a sales conversation to see the price.
Dealfront (Leadfeeder)
What it is: B2B website visitor identification, web insights and a company database with prospect lists and display campaigns (dealfront.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, dealfront.com/pricing): a free Lite plan. Paid plans start at €79 a month (Discover), €369 a month (Activate) and €599 a month (Scale), all billed annually. Prices rise with the number of companies identified and credits used, and there is a 14-day free trial.
Best for: European and global teams that want to know which companies visit their site.
Watch out for: visitor identification shows companies; you still need to pick the right person.
RB2B
What it is: website visitor identification that names companies and, in the US, individual visitors, with Slack and Teams on every plan and Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier and webhooks on Pro and Pro+ (rb2b.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, rb2b.com/pricing): Free at $0 (company-level ID, 150 resolutions a month), Starter at $79 a month (person-level ID), Pro from $149 a month and Pro+ from $199 a month. Every account gets a 7-day full-featured trial with no card required.
Best for: US-focused teams that want person-level visitor signals at a low price.
Watch out for: person-level identification is US-only, and it only covers people who reach your site.
Warmly
What it is: website visitor de-anonymisation, inbound chat and AI agents for converting visitors and orchestrating outbound (warmly.ai).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, warmly.ai/pricing): AI Web De-anonymization starts at $10,000 a year, Inbound Chat at $20,000 a year and AI Inbound Autopilot at $30,000 a year, each from 10K credits a month.
Best for: teams with meaningful website traffic who want to act on visitors in real time.
Watch out for: annual pricing puts it out of reach for very small teams.
Common Room
What it is: a buyer-intelligence platform that unifies many signal sources, with a 400M+ contact directory, buying-committee mapping and AI research, according to commonroom.io.
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, commonroom.io/pricing): Essential is $2,500 a month billed annually, with 5 seats and up to 100k contacts. Advanced (15 seats) and Enterprise (30 seats) are custom.
Best for: larger go-to-market teams with community, product and web signals to unify.
Limits: it is priced and built for teams, not solo founders.
GTM Plays
What it is: an AI agent for LinkedIn. It finds people showing intent signals, scores each one for fit against your ICP, writes a message for each person and sends it from your own LinkedIn account. Replies come into one inbox, where you take over. It does not book meetings by itself.
Pricing: Pro is $149 a month after a 7-day free trial, and each extra agent is $59 a month. Live Leads, a one-off extraction of a LinkedIn company page's followers or a post's engagers, is paid per lead with credits and is separate from Pro.
Best for: founders and small teams who want signal-led LinkedIn outreach without building workflows.
Integrations and exports: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, folk, Breakcold, Instantly, Smartlead, SmartReach, HeyReach, Slack, Clay and Zapier, plus webhooks, a REST API and an MCP server. CSV export, and credits for email and phone enrichment. Live Leads exports in Clay, Instantly and Smartlead formats.
Limits: it is not a contact database to browse, and it has no built-in email sequencer or dialer; for email it connects to tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and SmartReach.
How to choose an intent data provider
Start from what you will do with the signal
Intent data only helps if someone acts on it. If your team runs ABM advertising, an account-level feed such as Bombora, 6sense or Demandbase fits. If your sellers reach out one-to-one, you need signals that point to a person, such as website visitor identification or LinkedIn activity.
Company-level or person-level?
Most third-party intent tells you an account is researching a topic, not who. You then need contact data to find the right person. Person-level signals, such as someone engaging with a competitor's LinkedIn post or visiting your pricing page, are narrower but easier to act on. Our guide to buying signals explains the trade-off.
Check coverage for your market
A feed that works well for US software buyers may be thin for your niche or region. Ask each provider for a sample against your own target accounts before you sign.
Compare total cost, not list price
Annual contracts, seat counts, credits and implementation fees all add up. Several providers here do not publish prices, so get written quotes for the same scope.
