The leading lead generation companies in India for B2B in 2026 include SalesAladin, LeadShuttle, Client Magnet, Modern Inbound and Denave. Most run email and LinkedIn outreach for a monthly fee, and several publish prices, from about ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 or $999 a month. Software such as Apollo, Sales Navigator or GTM Plays suits teams that prospect in-house.

Every agency below was checked on its own website on 24 Oct 2026, and every price is quoted as published on that date. GTM Plays is our product. It is software, not an agency, and it does not book meetings by itself.

How we picked

We started from the Indian agencies that appear in current searches for "lead generation company in India" and "B2B lead generation India", then kept those that:

  • are based in India or run Indian operations, confirmed by an address or billing details on their own site
  • sell B2B lead generation or appointment setting as a core service
  • explain what they do clearly enough to compare, with a published price where one exists

We dropped agencies whose site was parked or would not load, and we did not use directory ratings or third-party price claims. Where an agency does not publish a price, we say so.

The best lead generation companies in India

SalesAladin (Meerut, India)

Why it is on this list: one of the longest-running Indian B2B SDR agencies we found, and it publishes its minimum fee.

What it is: an Indian lead generation and appointment-setting agency (Zanshinsoft Private Limited, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh) working with B2B IT, software and services companies since 2016. It runs email and LinkedIn outreach, ABM and SDR services (salesaladin.com).

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, salesaladin.com/pricing): custom, with a minimum all-inclusive monthly fee of $1,000 to $3,000. Plans run on 3, 6 or 12-month contracts. It also lists add-on resources: an SDR at $800, a researcher at $500 and an ABM SDR at $1,500.

Best for: IT and software companies that want an affordable, contract-based SDR programme from India.

Watch out for: the shortest plan is a 3-month contract.

LeadShuttle (Hyderabad, India)

Why it is on this list: it publishes every plan, including a pay-per-meeting option, which is rare among Indian agencies.

What it is: a B2B lead generation and appointment-setting agency in HITEC City, Hyderabad, running email and LinkedIn outreach since 2017 (leadshuttle.com).

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, leadshuttle.com/pricing): published. Email Focus and LinkedIn Focus are $999 a month each, Dual Channel is $1,499 a month, and Pay-Per-Meeting is $150 to $300 a meeting with a $999 setup fee. It lists cancellation with 30 days' notice.

Best for: startups and SMEs that want published prices and a pay-per-meeting option.

Watch out for: the pay-per-meeting plan adds a setup fee, so include it when you compare costs.

Client Magnet (Bengaluru, India)

Why it is on this list: it prices in rupees and targets accounts with a recent buying signal.

What it is: a Bengaluru agency running signal-based cold outreach for B2B services firms in India: lists, writing, sending and follow-up, with a focus on companies that showed a buying signal in the last 30 days (clientmagnet.in).

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, clientmagnet.in): published per service in rupees: B2B lead generation from ₹75,000 a month, buying-signal lists from ₹18,000, LinkedIn lead generation from ₹40,000, data enrichment from ₹9,000 and appointment setting from ₹3,00,000 a month.

Best for: Indian B2B services firms that want rupee pricing and small, targeted volumes.

Watch out for: it focuses on services businesses in India, so check fit if you sell software abroad.

Modern Inbound (India)

Why it is on this list: a fixed, published fee for done-for-you cold email, with a free first 14 days.

What it is: a done-for-you cold email agency that bills Indian clients in rupees plus GST, with two packages: Personalized Outreach and Segmented Outreach (moderninbound.com).

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, moderninbound.com/pricing): Personalized Outreach is ₹75,000 ($899) a month and Segmented Outreach ₹50,000 ($599) a month, plus GST, billed quarterly. Mailboxes add $99 a month and domains $150 a year, paid to the provider in your name. The first 14 days are free.

Best for: founders who want cold email run for them at a fixed, published fee.

Watch out for: it is email-only and billed quarterly in advance.

Denave (India and APAC)

Why it is on this list: the enterprise option, for companies that want lead generation inside a larger sales programme.

What it is: a sales and marketing services company with operations in India, Malaysia, Singapore and Korea, covering revenue development, telesales, sales intelligence, digital marketing and field sales for enterprise and mid-market clients (denave.com).

Pricing (as of Oct 2026): not published on its site.

Best for: large technology and telecom companies that want lead generation as part of a wider sales and marketing programme in India and APAC.

Watch out for: it is built for enterprise scope, not small tests.

Software options for teams that prospect in-house

Many Indian startups and agencies prefer to run outreach themselves. It costs less than a retainer, and the founder or first sales hire learns what messaging works. For a fuller list, see our guide to lead generation tools in India.

Apollo.io

Why it is on this list: it gives a small team contact data, sequences and a dialer in one tool, with a free plan to start.

What it is: an AI GTM system with a database of 240M+ contacts and 30M+ accounts, email sequencing, a dialer, buying signals and AI agents (apollo.io).

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, apollo.io/pricing): a Free plan, Basic at $49 a month and Professional at $99 a month on monthly billing, plus a Custom plan through sales. All seats on an account must be on the same plan.

Best for: small and mid-sized teams who want data and email sequencing in one self-serve tool.

Watch out for: it is database- and email-led rather than LinkedIn-first.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Why it is on this list: most Indian B2B buyers are on LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator is the standard way to search and save them.

What it is: LinkedIn's own prospecting product, with advanced search filters, saved lists, and lead and account alerts, according to LinkedIn.

Pricing (as of Oct 2026, LinkedIn's compare-plans page): Core starts at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license. Advanced starts at US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year per license. LinkedIn notes these are estimates and may exclude taxes.

Best for: reps who research and message accounts by hand.

Limits: it does not write or send outreach for you, and LinkedIn prohibits scraping it.

GTM Plays

Why it is on this list: it finds people showing buying signals on LinkedIn and starts the conversation from your own account.

What it is: an AI agent for LinkedIn. It finds people showing intent signals, scores each one for fit against your ICP, writes a message for each person and sends it from your own LinkedIn account. Replies come into one inbox, where you take over. It does not book meetings by itself.

Pricing: Pro is $149 a month after a 7-day free trial, and each extra agent is $59 a month. Live Leads, a one-off extraction of a LinkedIn company page's followers or a post's engagers, is paid per lead with credits and is separate from Pro.

Best for: founders and small teams who want signal-led LinkedIn outreach without building workflows.

Integrations and exports: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, folk, Breakcold, Instantly, Smartlead, SmartReach, HeyReach, Slack, Clay and Zapier, plus webhooks, a REST API and an MCP server. CSV export, and credits for email and phone enrichment. Live Leads exports in Clay, Instantly and Smartlead formats.

Limits: it is not a contact database to browse, and it has no built-in email sequencer or dialer; for email it connects to tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and SmartReach.

Agency or in-house: how to decide

Choose an agency when the offer is proven, you have budget for at least three months, and no one in the team has time to prospect. Indian agencies are often a cost-effective way to test a new market, including the US and UK, because their monthly fees are lower than many Western retainers.

Choose software when a founder or rep can take replies and first calls. You keep the data, the accounts and the learning, and the cost is per seat rather than per programme.

Either way, start by writing down who you sell to. Our ideal customer profile template helps you define the companies and roles to target, and our lead generation ROI calculator compares an agency fee with doing it yourself.

Questions to ask an Indian lead generation company

  1. Who is the target? Ask them to restate your ICP before they quote. If they cannot, the leads will not match.
  2. What counts as a qualified lead or meeting? Write the definition into the contract: role, company size, need and timing. Our glossary entry on lead qualification covers the common frameworks.
  3. Which markets do they reach? Some agencies focus on Indian buyers, others mostly sell into the US, UK and Middle East.
  4. Whose accounts and domains are used? Ask who owns the sending mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts and data when the contract ends.
  5. What is the minimum term and notice period? SalesAladin starts at 3 months and Modern Inbound bills quarterly; LeadShuttle lists 30 days' notice.
  6. What does the price exclude? GST, setup fees, mailboxes, domains and data can add to the headline fee.

Frequently asked questions

What does a lead generation company in India charge?

Published prices vary. As of Oct 2026, LeadShuttle lists plans from $999 a month, Modern Inbound from ₹50,000 a month plus GST, Client Magnet from ₹75,000 a month for lead generation, and SalesAladin a $1,000 to $3,000 monthly minimum. Denave quotes.

Is B2B lead generation in India cheaper than in the US or UK?

Often, yes. Several Indian agencies publish monthly fees from about $600 to $1,500, while many US and UK agencies quote several thousand a month. Compare cost per qualified meeting, not the monthly fee alone.

Should an Indian startup hire an agency or use software?

Hire an agency if no one on the team has time to prospect and the offer is proven. Use software if a founder or rep can handle replies, since it costs less and you keep the learning.

Does GTM Plays book meetings?

No. GTM Plays finds intent signals, scores fit against your ICP and sends LinkedIn messages from your own account. Replies arrive in one inbox and your team books the meeting.
