Pay-per-meeting lead generation means you pay an agency only for sales meetings that happen and meet an agreed standard. Published prices we found range from $99 to $499 per attended meeting at ScaliQ, and $250 per held meeting at Agentic, as of Oct 2026. It lowers your risk, but the definition of "qualified" decides what you really pay.
This guide explains how the model works, compares providers verified on their own sites on 24 Oct 2026, and shows when a flat-fee tool such as GTM Plays is the better deal. GTM Plays is our product; it does not book meetings by itself.
How pay-per-meeting pricing works
| Model | You pay when | Main risk to you |
|---|---|---|
| Pay per lead | A contact or form fill is delivered | Leads that never convert |
| Pay per booked meeting | A meeting lands on your calendar | No-shows and poor fits |
| Pay per held meeting | The meeting takes place and meets the standard | Higher price per meeting; strict acceptance rules |
| Hybrid | A base fee plus a fee or bonus per result | Paying the base in slow months |
| Retainer | Every month | Months that produce nothing |
The key distinction is booked vs held. If you pay per booking and one prospect in three does not show, your real cost per held meeting is half as much again as the headline price. Always compare offers on cost per held, qualified meeting.
Is a meeting worth the price?
Work it out from your own numbers, not industry averages. A held meeting is worth roughly your average deal value multiplied by the share of first meetings that turn into customers. For example, if your deals are worth $10,000 and one first meeting in ten closes, each held meeting is worth about $1,000 in expected revenue before costs. A per-meeting price well below that can make sense; one close to it rarely does. Our lead generation ROI calculator helps you run the numbers.

Pay-per-meeting and performance-based providers
Agentic (agency, pay per held meeting)
Why it is on this list: it publishes one flat price per held meeting and writes the qualification standard into the contract.
What it is: a pay-per-meeting outbound service that builds dedicated sending domains, mailboxes, the list and the copy, so your primary domain is never used for outreach (heyagentic.ai).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, heyagentic.ai/pay-per-meeting): $0 setup, no monthly fee and $250 per qualified meeting held, charged weekly. The definition of qualified is written into the agreement before you sign.
Best for: teams that want a flat, published per-meeting price on email-led outbound.
Watch out for: it is email-led, so check that cold email suits your market.
ScaliQ (LinkedIn software with a pay-per-meeting service)
Why it is on this list: a published per-meeting range for LinkedIn-sourced meetings, with no charge for prospect no-shows.
What it is: a LinkedIn AI outreach agent, sold as software, with a separate done-for-you service billed per qualified meeting (scaliq.ai).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, scaliq.ai/pay-per-meeting): from $99 per qualified, attended meeting; ScaliQ says most campaigns range from $99 to $499 depending on geography, seniority and qualification criteria. It lists no setup fee, no monthly retainer and no charge for prospect no-shows.
Best for: teams whose buyers are active on LinkedIn and who want to pay per attended meeting.
Watch out for: ScaliQ says it checks whether a campaign qualifies first, so not every market is accepted.
A-Sales (agency, pay per held meeting)
Why it is on this list: it bills only for held meetings that meet a written standard.
What it is: a B2B appointment-setting agency whose case studies are largely phone-led, with cold email alongside (a-sales.co).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, a-sales.co/pay-per-appointment): A-Sales charges per held, qualified meeting. The rate is quoted after a fit assessment and depends on who you sell to and how tight your qualification standard is. Where a per-meeting rate does not fit, it runs a managed engagement from $4,000 a month. No-shows and meetings outside the written standard are not billed.
Best for: teams with a proven target profile who want to pay for held meetings.
Watch out for: the rate is only known after the fit assessment.
Upcision (agency, pay per appointment)
Why it is on this list: pay per appointment with no retainer and a stated return window.
What it is: a B2B appointment-setting company that books meetings through cold email. It says it has done so since 2019 across 14 B2B verticals (upcision.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, upcision.com): Upcision charges per qualified appointment with no retainer, and lists a 10-day return window. It does not publish its own rate on that page; it quotes 2026 market ranges of $75 to $300 for SMB meetings and $600 to $1,500+ for C-suite or enterprise meetings.
Best for: SMB and mid-market sellers in the verticals it covers.
Watch out for: ask for your own per-appointment rate in writing.
DialsDone (agency, pay per held meeting)
Why it is on this list: a phone-led option that charges per meeting held.
What it is: a calling company with human callers for cold calling and appointment setting, plus AI phone agents (dialsdone.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, dialsdone.com): its Pay Per Meeting plan charges per meeting held. We did not find a published per-meeting figure on its appointment-setting page.
Best for: markets where buyers still answer the phone.
Watch out for: phone-only programmes depend on good numbers for your target titles.
SalesBread (agency)
Why it is on this list: not strictly pay per meeting, but its money-back promise ties the fee to results.
What it is: a done-for-you LinkedIn and email lead generation agency. It promises 20+ sales-qualified leads a month using personalised LinkedIn and email outreach "or your money back", on a month-to-month service (salesbread.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, salesbread.com): not published on its home page; discussed on a free consultation call.
Best for: B2B companies that want LinkedIn-first outreach run for them on monthly terms.
Watch out for: read the guarantee terms so you know exactly what counts as a sales-qualified lead.
CIENCE (agency)
Why it is on this list: a hybrid: you pay for SDR time, plus a bonus when held-meeting targets are met.
What it is: outsourced SDR teams for outbound, inbound and scaled programmes, with cold email, cold calling, appointment setting, research and ads services, run on its own graph8 platform (cience.com).
Pricing (as of Oct 2026, cience.com/pricing): published. A campaign team costs $2,000 a month and the graph8 platform $499 a month (75,000 credits included). SDRs start at $1,750 per SDR a month offshore, or $3,500 per SDR a month in the US and Europe. A performance bonus is paid when an SDR hits their held-meeting target, and setup is a one-time fee. CIENCE's own example, with five offshore SDRs, comes to $11,249 a month plus bonus.
Best for: teams who want transparent SDR pricing and the option to add or remove reps month to month.
Watch out for: the bonus formula adds cost when targets are hit, so model the total cost per held meeting before you sign.
The pitfalls to check in any contract
- Definition of qualified. Title, company size, industry, region and confirmed interest. Get it in writing before launch.
- Booked or held. Who pays for no-shows, and how is a reschedule counted?
- Disputes. How long do you have to reject a meeting that did not meet the standard?
- Setup fees and minimums. Some providers add these; others publish that they do not.
- Whose infrastructure. Which domains, inboxes and LinkedIn profiles are used, and what happens to them when you stop?
- Volume caps. Can you pause if your calendar is full?

When a flat-fee tool beats pay per meeting
Pay per meeting is attractive when you have no team. But if a founder or rep can handle replies, a flat monthly tool can produce many conversations for less than the price of one or two agency meetings. You also keep the messaging and learning in-house.
GTM Plays is one such tool for LinkedIn. It finds people showing intent signals, scores fit against your ICP, and writes and sends messages from your own LinkedIn account. Replies arrive in one inbox, where you take over and book the meeting yourself. It does not book meetings by itself. Pro is $149 a month with a 7-day free trial, and it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, folk, Breakcold, Instantly, Smartlead, SmartReach, HeyReach, Slack, Clay and Zapier, plus webhooks, a REST API and an MCP server.

Frequently asked questions
What is pay-per-meeting lead generation?
It is a pricing model where you pay an agency only for sales meetings that take place and meet an agreed standard, instead of a monthly retainer.
How much does a pay-per-meeting agency charge?
Published prices we found, as of Oct 2026, include ScaliQ from $99 to $499 per attended meeting and Agentic at $250 per qualified meeting held. Others, such as A-Sales, quote a rate after assessing your market.
What is the difference between pay per lead and pay per meeting?
Pay per lead charges for a contact or form fill, so you still have to convert it. Pay per meeting charges for a conversation that took place, so the price per unit is higher.
Does GTM Plays book meetings?
No. GTM Plays finds intent signals and sends LinkedIn messages from your own account for a flat monthly fee. Replies arrive in one inbox, and you book the meeting.
