Teamfluence catches LinkedIn engagement around your team: profile visits, likes, comments, follows and new connections, plus competitor posts and keywords you track. It qualifies those people against your ICP and pushes them to your tools. Teams look for a Teamfluence alternative when they want outreach done for them, a self-serve trial, or a lower monthly price.

This page explains what Teamfluence does well, what it costs, and which alternatives fit which job. Every competitor detail comes from the vendor's own website, and every price was checked on 2 Nov 2026. We make GTM Plays, one of the tools below, and we say where the others are the better pick.

What Teamfluence does well

According to teamfluence.com, Teamfluence is built on the idea that your team's network is your sales pipeline. It:

  • Collects engagement signals on your teammates' profiles and your company page: profile visits, likes, comments, shares, follows and new connections.
  • Tracks outside sources you choose, such as competitor posts, influencer activity, keywords and ads.
  • Qualifies each person against your ICP with AI, then enriches them with a work email, phone number and company and role details.
  • Runs workflows, which it describes as "if this then that" for outbound plays, and sends leads to HubSpot or Salesforce natively, or anywhere else by webhook, API, Zapier or Make.
  • Imports 90 days of history when you start, which does not count against your lead allowance.

A big strength is that every teammate can be connected at no extra seat cost, so a whole sales team's network feeds one workspace. It also offers price matching and free migration for former Trigify customers.

Why teams look for a Teamfluence alternative

  1. No self-serve trial. Teamfluence's FAQ says every customer starts with a call and a guided onboarding. Some buyers want to test on their own first.
  2. You want the outreach done too. Teamfluence is strongest at collecting and qualifying signals. If you want each message written and sent from your own LinkedIn account, you may want a tool that does that end to end.
  3. Budget. The entry plan is 259 euros a month. Solo founders and small teams sometimes want a lower price.
  4. Credits. Signals, new leads, emails, phones and AI jobs each use credits, so heavy enrichment can use your allowance faster than expected.

Teamfluence pricing (checked 2 Nov 2026)

Teamfluence lists two plans on teamfluence.com/pricing, both billed monthly, under the line "pay for leads, not for seats":

Plan EUR USD Qualified leads a month Credits Contacts
Small Unlimited 259 euros $299 500 10,000 Up to 25,000
Regular Unlimited 449 euros $499 1,000 20,000 Up to 100,000

A lead counts the first time you move it out of Teamfluence, for example to your CRM, a CSV, Slack or a webhook. Credits work like this, per its pricing page: a signal is 1 credit, a new lead 1, a workflow job 1, an AI job 1, a verified email 4 and a phone number 40. You can buy extra lead and credit buckets, or bring your own API keys. The page notes a fair usage policy and that these prices apply to new customers.

The best Teamfluence alternatives in detail

GTM Plays

What it is: an AI agent for LinkedIn. It finds people showing intent signals, scores each one for fit against your ICP, writes a message for each person and sends it from your own LinkedIn account. Replies come into one inbox, where you take over. It does not book meetings by itself.

Pricing: GTM Plays Pro is $149 a month after a 7-day free trial.

Best for: founders and small teams who want signal-led LinkedIn outreach without connecting a monitoring tool to a separate sending tool.

Limits: it does not track every profile visit across a whole team the way Teamfluence does, and it has no built-in email sequencer; for email it connects to tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and SmartReach.

Traxy

What it is: a LinkedIn signal tool that finds ICP matches among people engaging with profiles on your watchlist, with Post Signals and a Discovery Agent, according to traxy.ai. Its site says you do not need to connect a LinkedIn account for sourcing.

Pricing (checked 2 Nov 2026): Pro $149 a month for up to 500 new qualified leads, Advanced $399 for up to 1,500 with an outbound agent, Scale $1,099 for up to 5,000. Yearly billing saves 20%, with a 7-day free trial on every plan.

Best for: teams who want qualified leads with verified emails and can start on their own. See Traxy alternatives for a closer look.

Limits: plans are capped by leads a month, and writing sequences starts on Advanced.

Valley

What it is: signal-led outbound that finds buyers from plays such as post engagers, profile viewers, hiring and a competitor's audience, researches them and writes LinkedIn and email messages in your voice, according to joinvalley.co.

Pricing (checked 2 Nov 2026): Starter $199 per seat a month ($149 billed quarterly), Plus $299, Growth $499, and Scale custom for five or more seats. Discovery and email verification use credits.

Best for: teams who want signals and multichannel outreach in one product. Read our Valley alternatives page.

Limits: per-seat pricing, and one seat connects one LinkedIn account.

Origami

What it is: an AI prospecting agent at origami.chat. You enter your website, and it finds people with a reason to hear from you, writes to each and runs email and LinkedIn sequences.

Pricing (checked 2 Nov 2026): Starter $99 a month with $165 of usage, Pro $199 with $330, Max $399 with $660, Enterprise custom. A 7-day Starter trial with $66 of usage needs a card.

Best for: teams who want wide prospecting beyond LinkedIn engagement.

Limits: usage-based costs depend on how many leads and enrichments you run.

Common Room

What it is: buyer intelligence that combines many signal sources with a contact directory and connects to CRM, sales engagement tools and Slack, according to commonroom.io.

Pricing (checked 2 Nov 2026): Essential is $2,500 a month billed annually with 5 seats; Advanced and Enterprise are custom.

Best for: larger teams with community, product and web signals as well as LinkedIn.

Limits: priced for bigger teams.

RB2B

What it is: website visitor identification, with person-level identification for US traffic only, according to rb2b.com.

Pricing (checked 2 Nov 2026): a free plan, Starter $79 a month, Pro from $149 and Pro+ from $199.

Best for: pairing with a LinkedIn signal tool, since it shows who visits your site rather than who engages on LinkedIn.

When GTM Plays is the better fit

  • You want one tool to find people, score them, write the message and send it from your own profile.
  • You want to start on your own with a 7-day free trial rather than a sales call.
  • You are happy to take over replies yourself from one inbox.

When Teamfluence is still the better fit

Be fair to Teamfluence: it is a strong pick in several cases.

  • You want every profile visit, like and follow across your whole team in one place.
  • You have many teammates and want to connect them all without paying per seat.
  • You already run outreach in another tool and want qualified, enriched leads pushed into it.
  • You are moving from Trigify and want a guided migration with price matching.

How to choose

  1. Do you need outreach, or only signals? If only signals, Teamfluence or Traxy. If both, GTM Plays, Valley or Origami.
  2. Whose network matters? If your whole team posts and gets profile visits, Teamfluence's team-wide tracking is a real advantage.
  3. How do you want to pay? Per lead (Teamfluence, Traxy), per seat (Valley), per usage (Origami) or a flat plan (GTM Plays).

Then test on your real ICP. If you came from Trigify, our Trigify alternatives page has a migration checklist. Ready to try it? Start a 7-day free trial of GTM Plays.
